The registration fee is the same for a presenter and a guest including students (in training). A letter from the training program director required for student/in-training discounts:
Registration fee includes:
- Participation in the on-site congress
- Access to the scientific content
- Access to the on-site posters area
- Reception Monday, lunch and dinner Tuesday and Wednesday (breakfast included with hotel).
- Refreshment breaks as per times scheduled in the scientific program

Cancellation
Changes and Cancellation (all to be made by email to [email protected]):
- Registration fee can be fully refunded (less any bank charges) if requested within 14 days (early registration – July 19)
- Refund of registration fee (minus 100 dollars processing fee) will be granted until August 15.
- After August 15, a 50% refund will be granted.
- After September 5, no refund will be granted.
Lodging fees
Lodging fees can be arranged directly with Home 2 Suites by Hilton for all except those qualifying for the student/in-training discount. Those requesting a student or in-training discount (letter from training program director required), please contact Bill Slikker.

Abstract Deadline
Abstract submission is by email attachment. Please send your email with abstract attached to Russell Andrew ([email protected]) and William Slikker ([email protected]). Abstracts should be submitted as a Word document, including author(s), affiliation(s), abstract (250 word maximum) and choice of oral or poster presentation. Final decision regarding oral versus poster presentation will be up to the organizers. Deadline for abstract submission is June 14. Notification of acceptance will be before the deadline for early registration. Any registrant whose abstract is not accepted can receive a full refund of the early registration fee if they decide not to attend because of abstract rejection.
Oral Presentations
To make an oral presentation, one must be registered for the 16th ICNA. Presenters who have not registered by August 15 may not be included in the final presentation schedule.
Facilities will be available for Powerpoint presentations, with a strict maximum of 15 minutes. It is recommended that the presentation be limited to 12 minutes to allow time for some discussion. Each session will also conclude with 15 minutes for general discussion.
