Cancellation

Changes and Cancellation (all to be made by email to [email protected]):

  • Registration fee can be fully refunded (less any bank charges) if requested within 14 days (early registration – July 19)
  • Refund of registration fee (minus 100 dollars processing fee) will be granted until August 15.
  • After August 15, a 50% refund will be granted.
  • After September 5, no refund will be granted.

Abstract Deadline

Abstract submission is by email attachment. Please send your email with abstract attached to Russell Andrew ([email protected]) and William Slikker ([email protected]). Abstracts should be submitted as a Word document, including author(s), affiliation(s), abstract (250 word maximum) and choice of oral or poster presentation. Final decision regarding oral versus poster presentation will be up to the organizers. Deadline for abstract submission is June 14. Notification of acceptance will be before the deadline for early registration. Any registrant whose abstract is not accepted can receive a full refund of the early registration fee if they decide not to attend because of abstract rejection.

Oral Presentations

To make an oral presentation, one must be registered for the 16th ICNA. Presenters who have not registered by August 15 may not be included in the final presentation schedule.

Facilities will be available for Powerpoint presentations, with a strict maximum of 15 minutes. It is recommended that the presentation be limited to 12 minutes to allow time for some discussion. Each session will also conclude with 15 minutes for general discussion.
